Deinking
Deinking Agent
Chemical support for efficient ink removal in recycled paper processing.

Overview
Deinking Agent is used in recycled paper processing to support the separation and removal of ink from recovered fibers. Deinking chemistry can assist ink detachment, flotation and separation while helping prevent redeposition. Flotation deinking works by rendering ink particles hydrophobic so they attach to rising air bubbles and leave with the froth, while the cellulose fibre itself stays hydrophilic and remains in the stock, and the surfactant chemistry is what controls this selectivity between what floats away and what stays in the furnish.
